Les sp\u00e9culoos sont une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 belge \u00e0\u00a0 base de vergeoise brune, farine, beurre,  oeufs et \u00e9pices. (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.belgium.be\/eportal\/application?origin=indexDisplay.jsp&amp;event=bea.portal.framework.internal.refresh&amp;pageid=contentPage&amp;docId=28178.0\" title=\"C'est du belge, portail f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de Belgique\">En savoir plus &#8230;<\/a> )<\/p>\n<p>Voici donc le r\u00e9sultat :<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lechatbotte.org\/myrtille\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/dsc_4279_l.jpg\" title=\"Speculaus 3\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lechatbotte.org\/myrtille\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/dsc_4279_l.jpg\" alt=\"Speculaus 3\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La recette (+- 1650 gr de p\u00e2te):<\/p>\n<p>375 gr Cassonade fonc\u00e9e<br \/>\n150 gr Sucre fin<br \/>\n300 gr de beurre<br \/>\n2  oeufs<br \/>\n10 gr de cannelle en poudre<br \/>\n10 gr des 4 \u00e9pices sp\u00e9culoos<br \/>\n750 gr de farine<br \/>\n10 gr de bicarbonate de soude<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lechatbotte.org\/myrtille\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/dsc_4277_l.jpg\" title=\"Speculaus 2\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lechatbotte.org\/myrtille\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/dsc_4277_l.jpg\" alt=\"Speculaus 2\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer la cassonade, le sucre fin, le beurre coup\u00e9 en morceaux, les  oeufs et les \u00e9pices.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la farine et le bicarbonate de soude.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e9trir.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser reposer la p\u00e2te quelques heures \u00e0\u00a0 quelques jours. Selon le vendeur du moule, au plus la p\u00e2te repose, au plus croquants seront les sp\u00e9culoos.<\/p>\n<p>Mouler les sujets si vous avez un moule. Couper l&#8217;exc\u00e8s avec un fil en m\u00e9tal.
